Just do it!

imageI photoed that earlier in the week, yards from my home.

Are any laws being broken?  I’d like to think: not.

After all, there seem to be thingies sticking out from the back axle, to enable such passenger transport.  Presumably the Law would have been all over that, if the Law says no to this kind of thing.

I give it three years.  If only to stop private enterprise competing with Boris bikes.


  1. Shame isn’t it? We see something like this, a variation on something we would have done when we were young i.e. I am thinking of a pillion sitting on the handlebars with feet on the front axle, not thinking anything of it and never expecting to be bothered by anybody about it. Now we automatically wonder “if it is legal”. FFS

  2. There called “pegs” and there intended purpose is to allow (a single rider) to do freestyle tricks.
